XploraTrip is a travel agency based in Plano, Texas, United States. We offer travel planning and booking services, including flights, hotels, cruises, tour packages, and specialized guidance for Venezuelans residing in the USA who want to return to Venezuela.

2. Services offered

XploraTrip acts as an intermediary between the client and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.). Our services include:

• Quoting and booking domestic and international flights
• Hotel and lodging reservations
• Organizing cruises and tour packages
• Guidance for Venezuelans who want to return to Venezuela (with any type of document)
• Support through the Travel Document process issued by the MPPRE
• 24/7 WhatsApp assistance during your trip (confirmations, flight changes, and support at destination)

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided by XploraTrip are valid for the time indicated in each one, generally 24 to 48 hours. Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until payment is confirmed.

Prices shown on the website are for reference only. The final price is confirmed at the time of your personalized quote.

4. Bookings and payments

To confirm a booking, the following is required:

• Written approval of the quote sent by XploraTrip
• Payment of the deposit or full amount as indicated in the quote
• Providing the required passenger information (full names, travel documents, etc.)

XploraTrip does not guarantee rate availability until payment is processed and confirmed.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation conditions vary by provider (airline, hotel, cruise line) and the type of fare booked. In general terms:

• Flights: Subject to the airline's policy. Non-refundable fares have no money-back option; some allow date changes with a penalty.
• Hotels: Per the hotel's cancellation policy at the time of booking. Non-refundable rates are not eligible for a refund.
• Cruises and packages: Have tiered cancellation policies based on how far in advance you cancel. The specific policy will be provided with each quote.
• Consulting service: Payment for the consulting service (Travel Document / Venezuela) is non-refundable once the process has started. The process is considered started when XploraTrip submits the first application to the MPPRE with the client's documents.

Applicable refunds will be processed through the original payment method, within the timeframes indicated by the relevant provider.

6. Travel documentation

It is the traveler's responsibility to have the valid documentation required to travel (passports, visas, permits). XploraTrip provides guidance but does not guarantee approval of documents issued by third parties (airlines, governments, consulates).

For the Venezuelan Travel Document service: the application is submitted by the traveler to the MPPRE. XploraTrip offers guidance throughout the process but is not responsible for decisions made by the Venezuelan authority regarding the approval or rejection of applications.

7. Limited liability

XploraTrip manages your booking from start to finish. However, providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines) control their operations independently. In the event of any change, cancellation, or issue caused by a provider, we notify you within 1 hour and offer you concrete alternatives.

XploraTrip acts as an intermediary agent and is not responsible for:

• Cancellations, delays, or operational changes made by airlines, hotels, or other providers
• Lost luggage or incidents during the trip
• Changes in immigration or documentation policies of destination countries
• Force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, conflicts, etc.)
• Decisions made by immigration authorities at the time of boarding or entering a country

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against the unexpected.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website www.xploratrip.com (text, design, logo, images) is the property of XploraTrip or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

9. Privacy

The handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

XploraTrip may run ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you click an ad and visit our site, these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy apply. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our ads.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Collin County, Texas.

12. Modifications

XploraTrip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
