The official document issued by Venezuela's Ministry of Foreign Affairs that allows Venezuelans abroad to return without a valid passport.
Travel Document / Safe-Conduct Pass
The Travel Document (also known as a Safe-Conduct Pass) is issued by Venezuela's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MPPRE) through its official portal, and authorizes a Venezuelan citizen to enter the country when they do not have a valid passport.
